Please Help! Installation Interrupted

Every time I try to install my Roxio Creator 2011 software I get the error that the installation has been interrupted. I have done all windows and direct x updated, disabled my antivirus/firewall, tried installing from the computer instead of CD. I am on as an administrator and have all of the necessary requirements for Roxio to be installed. I have Roxio Creator DE already installed on the machine. I've tried contacting customer support, but they take forever to get back to you and their solutions are not working. Needless to say, I'm fit to be tied to have purchased a product that will not work. Please help me! :(
