Jan543
I have done a clean uninstall, then total system recovery to a date before the original install/uninstall, I have updated Windows 7, turned off my anti virus and tried installing the VHS to DVD program. I'm still getting the Certificate File is Missing error. Any other suggestions?
cdanteek
What do you mean by a clean uninstall? After I closed the anti virus..etc..I put the Roxio disc in and before it would reinstall it uninstalled the previous. Â You need to start and list in detail the events from A to Z.. Â No one can help if you peace meal information as it's asked, we would be doing this until the end of the year!
