Easy Vhs To Dvd Wont Work

When I connect and read the rules of what it asks I do as it says. When I get done with the instructions it says to hit the record button. The record button is not visible. I also do not get any sound or video playing in the screen.I bought it 2 weeks ago and feel it was a waste of 60$. It will not work for me please help1

You have it installed, so you can check to see what the Version Number is. There is a Pinned Post at the top describing where to look and the variations of the 3 versions...

 

Also some details on your PC, like the Operating System and some of the other stuff like I have in my signature.

 

Have you tried it with a DVD Player or camcorder hooked up?

this program (suck's big time)I have asked & asked for help and they keep telling me the same thing over and over-I am not stupid--I have all ready tried every thing they said.And no luck-waisted $60.00 on this easy VHS to DVD--would not recommed it to a living sole.
