Roxio Audio Converter Is The Default Program For Bluray Disks

Matt1

Question

I've used every feature available in Windows 7 to change the program default, but apparently Roxio overrides them all.

If I right-click on the drive & select HP MediaSmart DVD, of course it plays fine.

But the default is to open Roxio Audio Converter, which of course I do NOT want!

By the amount of issues you have with the product and your questions, it seems like there are problems with your computer. Did you install the program with your anti-virus on? There is no logical reason that an audio player/converter would open when you select a DVD.

Have you simply selected to open the file with MediaSmart and then select to open all similar files with the same program (reset the default).
