Roxio Creator Pro 2010

I purchased Roxio Creator Pro 2010 and installed it on my desktop sys running Win XP Pro and it worked fine; I then installed it on my laptop running Win7 Pro but the copy and convert feature doesn't work worked at all. I then checked my desktop system and realized that the copy and convert function is not working on it either. The program seems to start fine but hangs when you click the start button; you have to shut the system down to exit the program.

Aside from the fact that the EULA states: One License = One Install…

 

Use Help – Check for updates to download the SP2 as well as the Web Video Capture Patch. Both address Video Copy and Convert.

 

That should do the job for you.
