Nothing Opens!

I had a system crash and reinstalled Windows XP with SP3 on my computer. Then I reinstalled Creator 2010 and rebooted. When I double click on the Roxio icon, the Roxio name comes up, then in about 10 seconds I get a Windows error message box that says Roxio encountered a problem and had to close. No other explanation. I have tried downloading SP2 for Roxio, and uninstalling and reinstalling. Same thing. I tried setting compatibility as with Windows 2000; same thing. Any suggestions?

Do not run in compatibility mode.

 

Can you open the applications by going to Windows Start All programs, Roxio 2010, Applications, Select what you want to open?

That will tell us if the entire program is screwed up or if it is just the links and applications on the Home page.

Try uninstalling all .NET frameworks from Control Panel and then download and install .NET 3.5 SP1
