GordonB
My PC frequently shuts down and this error message appears: "Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\Shared COMB\Rox\Watch.exe" "This [see above] has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Contact the app's support team for more info." This message appears even when not running PS7 and shuts down my PC, sometimes 3 times a day. Does anyone have an idea about this or know where the Runtime is located and how to change it?
grandpabruce
You can shut it down by going to Start/Run and typing in msconfig. When the next screen comes up, click on Startup, and uncheck the box to the left of Roxwatch... Click Apply, Ok, and reboot. Put a check in the nag box that pops up so you don't get it again on your next start.
