Toast10 And Conversion From Mpeg-4 To Mpg-1

when I start to convert an mpeg-4 (2,06GB) downloaded video via the DVD option everything looks great toast starts to convert and after a very long time when it's ready to burn to the DVD it crashes with an error. I tried that even after I got the recommendation from roxio support to uninstall toast completely (everything) and install it agin but it's the same error. I made up a support ticket but no suggested solution yet... they have passed on my problem.. what ever this means... today I've reopen that ticket again. does somebody know what's a solution ?

Try choosing Save as Disc Image rather than clicking the red button. If that works then select the resulting .toast file using the Image File setting in the Copy window to burn your DVD. By the way, Toast is converting to MPEG 2, not MPEG 1.
