I have a new Dell XPS 8100 Win 7/64 that came with Easy CD and DVD Burning 10.3, and after re-booting, I get a certificate error.
The first time I used the software I was required to enter registration type information. It automatically downloaded a patch (reccuapr10.exe). But the patch wouldn't install. Howver, I successfully used the software to upload videos from a DV camcorder. After two tapes, I shut the computer down for the night. Upon re-booting, I get the following error when I sellect the import video source (Canon HV10): "This installation does not have certificates for this option. Select video device failed."
I successfully ran the patch, and re-booted, but I get the same error.
