Be a little more wordy, stay awhile to make a clearer explanation of what you are doing when you get the error and to make sure you are using Cretaor 2010 and not Creator 10.X DE or Easy Media Creator 10. Here is one possible fix (link) but with no additional information, we can't be sure. One other issue was related to language. Did you install the English versioon and are you using it in English?
