Will Roxio Release An Anytime Creator 2011 To Creator 2011 Pro Upgrade Option?

G'day Roxio, Loyal Members and Forum Members,

 

I need some help with a response to my query below as soon as possible please...I recently purchased (actually upgraded from creator 2010) to creator 2011 standard version....

 

My enquiry is: although i have purchsed the standard creator 2011 download version, is there any possible or way to obtain a standrd to pro version upgrade of the same model of software?

 

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit OS

Hewlett Packard Core 2 Quad , chip version model 6600 (primary first generation quadcore chip)

A Nvidia GTS 450, 1 GB of native onboard graphics ram, plus another 3~gigs integrated system RAM: Around 4GB in Total Video RAM for graphics

(Supports Open GL 4.1 and Direct X 11 GPU O/Clocked Gigabyte model release, plus pixel shader 5.0)

8 GB of Internal RAM (Computer RAM / PC Memory) installed in 4 x 2GB sticks

 

 

I noticed now the price has dropped immensely and the actual difference for current roxio creator users is a mere $10 USD Difference, although it may seem triavial, will Roxio ever introduce an "anytime upgrade option" similar to those formats used by adobe photoshop and microsoft os, ms office, etc could be quite handy, considering the components of computers are constantly advanced and become more affordable as the months after release go by.....?

 

If anyone at all knows of a way to do a current standard Roxio Creator 2011 to RC 2011 Pro Upgradem, either via personally calling support or contacting the roxio store....please post your info..

This way i would then be able to use the pro version with extra audio functionality and full hd and blu ray support for authoring, recording and playback

 

Ive searched high and low, back and forth, over several weeks and all through roxio usa and the australian roxio sites for a link to allow RC 2011 current version standard to pro upgrade.

 

*Roxios current previous version upgrade link which only caters for roxio creator 2010 standard / pro or a partial discount for users of other previous roxio applications.

 

Any information, guidance and assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks

 

**if it isn't available, then hopefully Roxio Technicians and data programming could easily implement this, with full campatibility for us online Roxio downloaders and could be active within the week

If you bought the software withing 30 days directly from Roxio's on-line store, you can return it (call them) and then buy what you want.

The only real difference is that Pro has the Blu-Ray burning capability and some bundled 3rd party apps. If you don't have a BD-RE drive, there's no real advantage (both Pro and Standard need a plug-in to play Blu-Ray anyway - it's not included in either package)
