Creator 2011 Pro Installaton Problem

Hash Cash

Question

I have contacted Roxio Tech Support many times about my Problem of not being able to install Creator 2011 Pro Software on my Computer Systems. I have not received a Workaround Solution to my problems from Roxio Tech Support.

I have tried to install the program on 3 different computers andI I get the same result.

My computer systems all meet the Roxio Minimum System Hardware. I have tried ALL of the Roxio Suggestions with the Same Result.

The install goes about 70 % through the install (per the progress Bar), Then I get the message "install was Interrupted, Cant Proceed", the system then says "Rolling Back the Installation" , the program then stops the inatallation.

I am running Windows 7 OS. The same thing happens on every computer that I try to install the software on. It is hard to believe that all my compuers have an Incompatability Problem with the Roxio Software.

I believe that the Roxio Creator 2011 Pro Installation CD'S are defective or have been damaged. I have spent 2 Weeks trying to install the software. IfI I can't get the software to install then I need to return the Creator 2010 Pro Software to Roxio for credit.

Please respond to my problem.

This isn't Roxio Tech Support. This is a users forum.

Try copying the discs to a folder on your hard drive, and installing from the hard drive.

Make sure that your antivirus is disabled before trying to install the software.

Send me your log files. Interrupted errors are generic and need more investigation
