Tried to create a DVD last night and an error came up.. a missing file. Also attempted to do photo retouching and again there was a missing ile. I've loaded and reloaded Creator 10 Pro since it came out so many times and at first it works without a hitch then the next time these irritating missing files crop up. This is the last straw with Roxio and just jumped to Nero. I will never buy another Roxio product, waste of time and money.

The possible problem is that you are using a registrey cleaner ( possibley part of your anti-virus program) that is screwing up the program. Blame the company that designed the registry cleaner.

 

It sounds like you have had this problem for longer than one day. Why didn't you come and post your issue here before this? Does the rant help?

 

Since you no longer want to use the Roxio program Easdy Media Creator 10 or Creator 1020 or the castrated OEM program Creator 10.x DE (or other 2 letter designation) this post is closed.
