Photosuite Can't Find Content

When I try to add a picture frame or a mat to a photo, Photosuite prompts me to place the content disk in the drive, even though the content is already installed on my computer. When I put the content disk in the drive, Photosuite crashes. This is a recent development - it was working fine for over a month prior to this.

Do a repair on the actual program and see if it will pick up the content; if not, reinstall the content.

 

Make sure your anti-virus is off and your disc is defragged. Are you using a registry cleaner either a stand alone or as part of an anit-virus program? That is usually the cause of changes in the program that you are seeing.
