Question

What is the fix for this problem...I've ruined so many blank DVD's I'm almost out of them thinking that is was a one time error on my part, I've requested assistance through support and is all I got was a link to a non-existant location. My computer is new and running on Windows 7. Anyone have a answer please?

First of al,ll capture to your hard drive instead of directly to DVD and then use myDVD to burn.Plug&Burn is only useful if you need lots of coaster. Next, use RW DVDs until you are sure everything is working.

How long in time is the video you are trying to capture? You have supplied very little information other then it doesn't work. What link are you referring to?

Do you have the stand-alone VHS2DVD or is it part of C2011?

the link provided by the support team. It is too long to try to write down now and I'm afraid I may lose your help, but will if I know you'll stand-by. What other info do you need?

Copy&Paste the link into the post.

Please answer the questions. if you want help. Why would you think you would lose our help by posting the link? Of course you can't expect instant answers, we are not Roxio support but just users and have other things to do also
