Error With Subtitles When I Burn Blu Ray

i have this problem and in the roxio support cant tell why.

 

 

i have a complete session in blu ray.

 

5 animated menus.

1 movie (110 min) mpeg 1920x1080 NTSC 23.9

2 4 movies (25 minutos) m2v 720x480 ntsc 29

1 audio track (ac3)

2 subtitle tracks. (txt)

 

 

when i burn the software stops before burn. i erase the subtitlesand i burn the project without problems.

 

i dont know what happens, i tried, insert the subtitle importing from a txt generated in encore cs5. (txt UTF8) and it cant burn

 

i tried inserting the subtitles directly from the software,and its the same, doesnt burn.

 

anyone can tell why?

 

the CPU have

quad 2.5 procesor

4gb ram

750gb hard drive (its drefrag and in NTSC.

service pack 3

win media 11

quicktime 7

 

its has mora than the specifications requires.

what are you trying to create?

 

your menu is a different frame rate and size than the movie

 

maybe the subtitles are trying to be HD when your movies are SD

 

why not make a DVD instead?

i need to make the blu ray, but the error that i found after a lot of work, is when i import the subtitles, bring an error during the proce3ss of burn volume, when is encoding es FILE.

 

 

And when i erase the subtitle track works perfectly. i burn my complete session with out problems.

 

i dont know why, anyone can helpme please. URGENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
