Re-Installing Popcorn 4

Hello there. Trying to extract one title from a dvd that has two titles on it. Used the instuctions from post 12-07-09 #5 which worked well for me last time. However this time when I try to create a disk image,the program does not leave the waiting screen. I then click cancel in the waiting screen. Then I try to just burn it to a dvd. Error code 43 keeps coming up. Maybe I should delete Popcorn 4 & re-install it. How would I go about doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You shouldn't need to reinstall. Trash the Popcorn plist file in your User>Library>Preferences folder and relaunch Popcorn. Are you using the Media Browser to access the title? That is the best way to do it.

Thanks for the info about trashing the Popcorn plist file. I did trash the file & relaunched Popcorn. This time I received "couldn't complete the last command because (ID=-43)". I got this info when I tried to create a disc image & when I tried to burn a disc. I did use the Media Browser to access the file. Also tried to use the Video_TS folder under Copy and received "couldn't complete the last command because ( ID=1634955892)". Will try another project. Hopefully will get better results. Thanks again for your help.
