I had the Roxio Creator 2009. So many problems with my Windows XP, crashes, video/audio capture, complicated, etc. Just got Creator 2011 and even more problems. I am a professional video editor in Chicago market tv and this is the most complicated, unusable software I've ever seen. Will not make mistake of getting any more Roxio/Sonic products.

I can't believe that a professional video editor would even try to use a Consumer program and claim that it is too complicated !

 

On top of that, you said that Creator 2009 was too complicated for you and you had problems. Why would you expect that a new version would be less complicated and that it would fix the problems you had before?

 

Why did you not come here when you were having problems with Creator 2009?
