Installation 2010 Problem

I've been trying to reinstall Roxio Creator 2010 but when trying to install the program I get a window telling me that the installation was interrupted. Roxio Support can't help me and when trying to install using a different user it makes no difference. Can anyone help, please? This has been a trial to say the least.

Your Graphics Memory is a big problem if and when you do get the program installed.

 

This probably is not what you want to hear but it's a low end laptop to be doing much video work on with this program.

 

Did you buy the program from the Roxio website?

Need installation logs. That is a generic error.
