VideoWave Only Works Once

Same problem. Just purchased and installed Roxio 2011 PRO. Videowave "works" first time and then crashed forever after that when trying to re-open. Did a full uninstall and re-install. Problem then re-occurs after 1st access. I actually want my money back. I had Roxio 9 years ago and it caused huge amounts of wasted time to get working. Video editting is a compolete waste of time - never ever worked properly.

 

Either Videowave gets fixed or I need my money back and a recommendation for a real product that works.

Your problem is not the same as the one in the thread that you hijacked. List your system specs, if you want help, or if you want your money back, contact Customer Service.
