Roxio Videowave Slow And Or Stops Working After Saving Project

Its time for roxio to fix this problem they say it Norton 360 and several other programs causing this. Well FIX IT!!! Why should us the customer have to spend more on trying to find just the right antivires software, other programs and computer hardware just because your to lazy or to cheep to do it. I built of what you called a fire breather quad core with a nivdia 8800GTX just so your roxio 2010 would run smoother and maybe faster and just why is it you don't seem to understand of what we mean by saving over 150 pictures. It like this when you start a project you SAVE AS and when you add to or change some thing in that project you save. This is what we mean got it? Roxio is a great program when it works So its Time you fix it so every one that has it can use it.Thats what most other company's would do.

We are not "You"; we have no "Your". You are not talking to Roxio. This is a users froum and we have no control over what Roxio does or does not do. Contact them directly. Few Roxio people every come here. You have free support; use it.

 

BTW, there is no problem with Norton 360 if you do not have it running during install (best practices for ALL software), that you do not use the registry cleaner (blame Norton for identifying a Roxio registry entry as evil) and, if your computer responds slowly to disable scanning everything written to your computer if it is already on your computer.

 

I recently loaded 150 images from a memory stick in about 150 second (or less).

 

I have never had an issue with the program stopping after saving a project from Video Wave.

You need to contact Roxio, directly, if you want them to see your complaint. This is just a users forum, and the folks here, are users of the software, just like you. Only once in awhile, will a Roxio employee drop it.
