Toast 10 Won't Open Correctly

I just purchased the upgrade from Toast 9 to Toast 10.

I cannot get the program to open with a window. I can't view preferences or even the "about Toast 10 Titanium"

 

I am running on a MacBook Pro with OS 10.6.5

 

Have a similar problem with Safari.

Look in your User>Library>Preferences folder and delete the Toast plist and prefs files. Now try launching Toast 10. You should see the Set up assistant launch where you enter the registration information.
