"no Drive Detected"

Rustytruck

Question

When I open Roxio the only thing displayed is, "No drive detected" , which makes the program useless. Don't know where it went or when it happened. I've used it before and it worked but now it will not go any further. I submitted a ticket to Roxio and got nothing but the run around saying it now somebody else's issue. What a load of Bull----! If they can't take ownership of their stuff, they have no business selling it. Sorry about the ragging here but they kinda got to me with it all. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks, Rustytruck

Rustytruck,

Sorry, but you saying you opened "Roxio" doesn't tell me anything. Roxio is a company owned by Sonic Solutions.

What program or program suite are you running please? [full name and version number]

What Operating System are you running it in?

Hoping that you have a CD or DVD drive, what make and model is it please?

Roxio gives free support for the first couple of years on any product, but we are volunteers who don't work for Roxio so if you give us the information we need we'll try and help you.
