Avi Video Files

I bought Roxio Creator 2011 a couple of days ago. The main reason I bought it is because the package says it converts all popular video formats. I have avi video files created by multiple cameras that I need to convert to mpeg 4. And lo and behold, it appears this product does not do that function. Is this correct? Roxio Creator 2011 does not convert avi video files?

Many of us have found that when attempting to convert an AVI file with Video Copy and Convert, the program freezes at 8%.

 

If you bought your Creator 2011 directly from Roxio you can return the program for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
