It's called Roxio Desktop Streamer Applications.msi, and it will let you remove the Streamer Agent which asks you to log in.
The Streamer Server is the other part, and you can remove that by running the MSI file in the STREAMER_SVR_X86 [or _X64 for 64-bit] folder of your installer.

I installed 2011 with Streamer from a download from Roxio which is a large .EXE file. I assumed it unzipped the files to a tmp directory that does not exist anymore. If I go to Programs/features and try a repair it goes off looking for the *.MSI file which of course it cannot find.
