Program Won't Fit On My Screen

Hello. I am having issues viewing the entire display of the program on my screen. My resolution is set at 1360 x 768. When the program is maximized, I can only see as far down as the playback sound level. I can see the record button, or anything else lower. Any idea how to resolve this?

If not minimize to the systray and then maximize the window again.

 

What happens when you set it to your monitors native resolution, (mine 1980 x 1200)?
