Please can somebody clarify the position concerning support MyDVD 10 Premier under Windows Vista Business 32-bit Edition. I have the following problems:
1. If I start MyDVD from the Windows "Start -> Programs -> Roxio MyDVD 10 Premier -> MyDVD" I get the following error message:
"This application has started to start because d3dx9_33.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem."
Reinstalling the application does not fix the problem!!!
2. If I start Roxio myDVD 10 Premier [i.e. using "Start -> Programs -> Roxio MyDVD 10 Premier -> Roxio MyDVD 10 Premier", and attempt to run the Video Convertor, I get the following error message in the event log after selecting the titles from the DVD.
Faulting application VideoConvert10.exe, version 10.1.1.50, time stamp 0x47cd9703, faulting module DvdTranscode10.dll, version 10.1.1.50, time stamp 0x47cd96a6, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0005cb1c, process id 0x1914, application start time 0x01cb9f8872186890.
I can play the DVD using CinePlayer, so I have no idea what is wrong.
Version Information
CinePlayer version 3.9 Build 393B95A
MyDVD Premier version 10.1.143. Build 111B43A, MYP
