No Signal

Hi Have just installed the software on my laptop. Vista home premium service pack 2.

The video recorder I'm using is pretty old. It hasn't got the the coloured audio etc directly on the machine as on the diagrams

so I am using it through a scart. I have a few scarts but they all have different pin setups. Is there a

particular scart I should use?

Hi,

 

Have changed the scart as advised. I had the signal for a while then the video signal has gone

but I still have the audio.

 

Any Ideas?

As a test, can you hook up a DVD player or camcoder to the Roxio USB device. If that works then we will know that the Roxio software and hardware is ok.

 

I am also assuming that the Tape in the VCR is good and plays fine on your TV. How old are the tapes and are they colour or B/W.

 

How long did it play for before you lost the signal?
