I'm using Roxio 2010 Ver 1,2,193, SP2.1 SP2 5.0.0.0 builds 121B93A, R05 500B22a R05 and Photo Show Ver 6.0.0 build 857 on an HP s5310f with Win 7 (64bit) Norton 2010.
I'm not sure if I can make this question clear enough or not.
I'm making a photo show that is in two parts. Part 1 consists of 399 photos of my trip to Laos. What I'm trying to do is add Laotian music from videos I have downloaded (no restrictions) and add them at various points throughout the photo show. When one song finishes, at that point I want to add another song, and so on throughout the photo show.
I have already incorporated the first song starting with the cover photo. The song continues through to the 68th photo. @ the 69th photo, I include the next song. To do so, I have to click on Music/Photos, My Music, open the MP3 file, click on another song and OK to import the music to that photo.
My question is this: Is there anyway to import all of my MP3 music into the My Music panel to the right of the Categories panel so that I don't have to keep opening the MP3 file under My PC and clicking on another song? And, is there anyway to keep the songs I import in the right panel next to Categories?
What I'm encountering is, when I click on the Music/Photos button, then My Music, the Categories panel appears with a blank panel to the right. When I open the file where my MP3 music is stored, click on a file, Open, it appears at the 69th photo position but doesn't appear in the panel next to the Categories panel unless I click on the song title on that panel.
However, if, for some reason I have to leave my project, when I come back all songs that I had in the right panel are gone and I have to re-import them.
I hope I got this as clear as possible. If not, let me know what other info is needed. All I'm trying to do is import/store my MP3 files in PS so that I can complete my 2 part photo show which consists of 799 photos.
