You can't find SETUP.EXE on the disc?

How are you looking?

Hi Jim,

Thanks again for replying to my request for help.

You know something? When you are tired it is hard

to think straight. This afternoon I took a look at

your advice again and tried what you said in your

previous post and it worked. Easy VHS to DVD loaded

unto my computer.

Later I will see if it works. Thanks again Jim.

3.find "setup" right click and go to "properties"

4.box should appear go into "compatabilty" tab

5.Click down at bottom "change settings for all users"

6.Uncheck the box that says "run the program in compatabilty mode for:"

If this is the best CUSTOMER SUPPORT roxio has to offer they should QUIT!!!!!..... No one should spend $60.00 for a product and get this kind of customer support from a corp this large. YES there is a Windows 7 logo on the box.

Doesn't make any difference now! I have returned the product and purchased a less expensive one that actually works.

I just cant believe this is the only way of communicating with customer support this company has to offer. Nothing against you personally.

Hi friend,

Thank you for your suggestion but I must tell you that I too have Windows 7 and I am experiencing the same problems with installing Easy VHS to DVD

I tried what you said but I can't find any of these files you talk about above.

Here is a copy of the dialog box that pops up when I tried to install Easy VHS to DVD.

This operating system does meet the minimum requirements for Roxio VHS to DVD.

This product will not be installed.

My computer is new it has Windows 7 Home Premium edition with a Windows Experience Index of 3.9

it has 6G RAM and 1TB storage. I would be happy if someone could help me solve this problem.

Thanks again.
