I am having trouble accessing the installed, from disk, program. It is 2011 pro and it just reinstalled. There is no desk top icon. The program installed under programs86 as default location chosen by the disk as DEFAULT. As it had done before. The Help desk told me to uninstall the program, AGAIN, and reboot and reinstall. Same thing. What part of the program do I choose as an EXE file to make a proper shortcut? After this I will see about getting the programs to launch. This is a topic yet to be experienced by me. As it seems that several people have already cracked that egg. Then will Roxio pay us for all this trouble shooting as it seems that their techs didn't or can't do it for them.
