I have just installed my new Roxio Creator 2011and am trying to convert a 2D video project to 3D. As soon as I click on edit video advanced tab I get an error message " Video Wave has stopped working ". Can anyone help please. My OS is Windows 7 home edition.

And your computer is?? Manufacturer and completemodel number. What video card do you have?

 

Did you do this (link)before installing the program?

 

Do any of the applications within the program work?
