Videowave problem

Question

I tried my videowave for the first time, it closes on me when I open them.

Before it close, this is the message I get.

VideoWave has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the program & notify you if a solution is available.

Then it will close on it's own.

Help, I'm new on this one.

Thanks.

Loreta

OK what computer do you have? Did you have your anti-virus working when you installed the program? Do you or have you used a registry cleaner either a stand alone or as part of your anti-virus?

What operating system?

Do these things (link) and then run a Windows repair on the program.

Skip the text changes; it makes it harder to read and gives crazy spaces.
