It has been called a U-Card by Adaptec and Roxio for years. Just because the new owners don't call it that, doesn't make it any less valid a name.

That is NOT Roxio Label Creator... Introducing a different program is of little value to resolving the issue :rolleyes:

 

Is that a Ghost from Christmas Past :lol:

Sorry we seem to have wandered off topic there in posts 5 through 9. Us elves are back to work now. :)

 

That error message is the default one for where something happened and they don't have a specific error message made for it.

 

If you can tell me what you were doing when it occurred and I can reproduce it, maybe we can work out a fix for it.

Does it happen every time you go to print any U-Card, or just a particular one?

Does it happen if you try to print anything else from Label Creator?
