Brendon
Oh, okay. That's an error you'll get if you try to use saved files from an earlier version, but that's not the cause here. Sorry, I can't help.

snmiller
I give up... what's a u-card? A U-Card is the card that goes in the bottom (or back) of a jewel CD/DVD case
Jim_Hardin
OK, that is what YOU call it, but there is no such term in Label Creator: So tell us what the proper name is and I will see if I can duplicate it. Also have you tried both the Commercial Paper and Standard Paper setting?
Brendon
Be of cheer young Jim, especially at Christmas  It has been called a U-Card by Adaptec and Roxio for years. Just because the new owners don't call it that, doesn't make it any less valid a name.

Introducing a different program is of little value to resolving the issue Is that a Ghost from Christmas Past
Brendon
SNMiller, Sorry we seem to have wandered off topic there in posts 5 through 9. Us elves are back to work now. That error message is the default one for where something happened and they don't have a specific error message made for it. If you can tell me what you were doing when it occurred and I can reproduce it, maybe we can work out a fix for it. Does it happen every time you go to print any U-Card, or just a particular one? Does it happen if you try to print anything else from Label Creator? Regards, Brendon
