Cineplayer Decoder Pack?

i received the roxio creator 2011 as a gift for christmas i tried to load it but shortly into it, it gave me a pop up message, that i need a cd rom or other removable disk that is not accessible to insert the disk

well, then i purchased the add on cineplayer decoder pack for my windows xp and tryied to download it from the roxio web site after i paid for it, and still nothing happens and now i still get this pop up constantly on the screen can anyone tell me what i`m doing wrong please

Try this way

 

Make a temporary folder anywhere on the hard drive

 

Copy the contents of the DVD to that folder

 

Open the folder and run setup.exe
