Perhaps one of you will know what I am doing wrong. I purchased and downloaded Roxio Easy DVD Copy and convert today so that I can convert my home movies to an editable format. The movies started out on Beta, 8 mm, and mini-DV tapes but were all copied to DVDs 3 or 4 years ago. The program installed without errors (Windows Vista 64 bit) and appears to work. I can copy the DVDs to disk files, add them to my compilation, and edit them (change the start and end points, etc). When I try to preview them, the original material plays instead of the subset. Worse, when I try to create an output file (by pressing the green button in the lower right, the process only takes a few seconds and claims to be 100% done. However, the output file is 0 length. There are no error messages of any kind. Any ideas?
