Question

OK...so to get Roxio 2011 installed...I did a fresh installation of Windows 7 on my machine. Everything went well and Cineplayer BD was beautiful. Then I received a critical update notice from the software updater...Now Cineplayer hangs and does nothing. Here is the message I receive

Description:

Stopped working

Any ideas what caused this? Is there a way for me to run a repair on just Cineplayer BD????

Thanks

In Windows 7 go to control panel, programs and features. Highlight Roxio Cineplayer, click uninstall/change, when the installer opens click next and choose repair. It will probably revert back to pre-update and it would have to be applied again. The critical update is required to continue to play Blu-Ray Disc's..
