Video Usb Capture

I received Roxio creator 2010 pro with roxio Video capture usb.

I load the usb software first and then update the drivers. THe computer sees the usb capture devise in the

the system files

I then loaded Creator 2010 Pro and update it's software. When I click the video capture on

the Roxio Sreeen, I get the display loading and then nothing happens. I have try several ways to get this to

work with no sucess.

I have Hp machine with a 2gh processor and 1.5 gigs of ram and running xp servie pack 3

I'm about ready to give up on ROXIO!!

Your problems could be caused by the error in the order in which you installed the software. Try the laborious clean install instructions, here:

Install the Creator 2010 Pro software, first. Then, install the 2010 updates. Reboot, and see if video capture opens. When it opens, plug in the USB device, and go from there.

I have done this with no results. I even loaded the software on a xp media machine and the software screw up the XP operating system!!
