Movie Shows Sideways

When I capture my video into the Roxio Program... it goes in and plays SIDEWAYS. How do I turn it right side up?

If you videoed it right side up, it may be a setting on your video card. Which one do you have?


Does it play right side up in for example Windows Media Player?


Add a color panel to the time line equal to or longer than the video. Add the video as an overlay, you can then rotate the overlay.


Note that Creator 2010 has an option to rotate the video.

In addition to what Sknis said, if you want to rotate the whole video, you can use Video Copy and Convert as well. It's a matter of preference though. I prefer to rotate in VC&C, make a copy of the raw file (in case I goof), and then work with a copy of the flipped file in VideoWave.
