Anybody know how to get Tech Support to respond to anything!!!! I have tried and tried with no luck or response! WTF Creator 2010 is useless under Windows 7 & nobody seems to care at the company end! I just want to use the friggin program without all the freezing and crashes (98% of the time!) and I would love to know if there is a phone # to get the best, or any results for that matter!

1) Check your spam folder for responses from Roxio Tech Service.

2) There is a phone number but since you have an older product, you would have to pay for Tech Support. Let us know if you are willing to do so.
