Creator De 10.3 - Win7 "system" Installation Problem

jrutkows

Question

When trying to install Creator DE 10.3 (from our Dell partner) via our company deployment system using SYSTEM permissions, the installation fails on Win7 x64 with error code 1622. This indicates a problem writing the log files which normally seem to write to a folder created in the APPDATA path. In the SYSTEM environment this appears to be an issue.

Are there any SETUP.EXE command line switches that could suppress or re-direct the logging? I would actually be interested in all available switches. (Information Link?)

This is a user maned board.

Your questions should be directed to Dell it's their OEM.

Or contact Roxio support and start a support ticket.

Sorry.
