I saw where a ticket would be closed if you do not reply within 5 days (you can re-open by just replying).

What happens if you don't GET are ply in that time frame. I've received emails wondering about the status when I didn't reply but I don't know how to GET replies from support.

They closed one ticket and merged it with another ticket but that original ticket hasn't received a reply since December 14!

How do you get someone to reply to the tickets??????????? :(:angry2::o

Hey, dragonlair. I'm with you. I've been chasing a problem since 12/27 or 12/28. I've sent 4 supoort requests to Tech support and all kinds of Forum posts, but all I ever get from Tech Spt is the canned "do not reply to this email - it is an automated response" emails. The gurus in the forums have spent a lot of time trying to solve my problem but no success.

As far as I'm concerned, it isn't Tech Spt, it is Tech Non-spt.

Good luck.

You posted that you opted for a refund. Did you change your mind? If you got the refund why would anyone excpect to receive additional support?

Did you ever check you spam foilders?

Also - go to "Support" at the top of this forum. Look to the right to see "Support Resources". Click on "Contact Support". Sign in. When that window opens, look to the right and you'll see "View Your Web Ticket History. Click on that to see the information.

Please let me know if you can find it just in case it is not working with whatever browser you are using. Did you get the information?

Boongsong and Dragonlair -

Good to see you both again.

Dragonlair - I have read your tickets. Indeed you did receive a refund, but when installing Creator 2011 your preinstalled version of Creator 9 had to be removed. We do not keep OEM versions of Roxio sofwtare on hand and cannot replace them. However, your computer manufacturer may be able to send you a replacement disc or an installer download. Keep in mind that Creator 9 may be as old as 5 years so I can't make any guarantees. Our agents have kept your ticket open, but cannot provide what you are asking for. However, I will create a second escalation (you already have one open) for our management team to address.

Boongsong - Unless you are using a new email address, you have not submitted a webticket in almost a year. If you have a specific, recent ticket number you are referring to where you are having a problem with our support team, please message me and I'll have it investigated.

I'm closing this thread as I have offered to address both of your issues and look forward to resolving them through our management team.

Thanks,

Jon
