1grump's Label Creator problem

I have the same problem and four days with Roxio support didn't solve it. When I click on print in label creator (2011)everything is greyed out. I've uninstalled and installed the software but nothing changed.

You should really start a new thread because you have different software,

 

The first thing I would ask is do you have the LightScribe software installed? If not, install it; if so go to the LightScribe web site and run their diagnostics program.

 

I assume that both Windows and Roxio see the three drives. If not, there is a different problem.

 

Do you see missing text in any other application? What monitor and what resolution are you running? What video card/chip. Have you updated the drivers for it?

My video card and monitor: ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics [Display adapter]

DELL SE178WFP [Monitor] 1024 x 768 and 96 dpi. Both windows and Roxio see all of my drives and I have the latest lightscribe software installed. I only have the problem in label greator. My drivers are updated.
