Screen Resolution

crosby2008

Question

I had been using Creator 10 for a year being able to view my pictures and videos in a production just fine. Then I received a message that I needed to change my screen resolution to 1024 x 768 for it to work correctly. My monitor is 1280 x 1024 and cannot be changed. What happened! Is there anything I can do to fix it?

1024 x 768 is the minimum and your 1280 x 1024 that should be fine.

I run mine a 1920 x 1200 with no problems.

If you have other problems with the program list them, you may need to do a repair.

It should be fine, but isn't. I have done a repair twice with no improvement. Could it be my monitor? It works fine for everything else.

Why not tell us what is the problem?

You left out those important details.

Oh, sorry. In Advanced Video Editing, the pictures in the movie I am working on are very fuzzy and you can't tell what they are. Oh wait! I just noticed that when I did the second repair (which was actually to get a new computer) it didn't change the pictures that I already had in the movie (I still can't see them) --but when I put new pictures in they are fine. I can deal with that. I have the same monitor, so it must have had something to do with my old computer. Thanks for the help. Sorry I didn't notice that earlier.
