Adding Url Links To Dvd Menu

I remembered before Roxio aquired Sonic that there was a software called Sonic eDVD4. This software could add enhanced dvd playback to DVDs. I want to add URL links to my DVD menu and this was the software that was available for the PC users. I have Roxio 2011 now. Is there a way to add URL links to the menu via Creator 2011 or did Roxio remove this feature from its products?

 

If so, is there any other PC based software that I could use to add URL links to the DVD for computer playback?

Thisis what you would need to add links to the menu and have them work.
