2010 Will Not Install

Tried numerous times to install 2010 (Windows 7) but no go. It never asks for the second cd and after completion when I click on the program icon the logo comes on then nothing. Tried "Repair" no go. Tried individual utilities and I'm missing a "certificate". I give up.

Waste of £60.

1. Yes it does work on W-7,

2.You install disc one the program disc reboot and install the content and extra program disc!

 

3.Certificate or permission error when attempting to run Creator 2010 or 2011 applications ,
