Video Wave Not Responding

sweezo1

Question

i was working on Creator 10 for some time, and used the Video12 - no problem. Since the 1st of the year, when i go into videowave, I get the videowave12 not responding. I have reloaded the program at least 3 times. I have repaired the program. I am not that computer savvy to undo my security stuff, but if someone can tell me how, I can try. I have internet version 8, and directx 11. i may have downloaded something since december to make this happen, but i can't figure out what i did?? Please help...

Your post was split from the original and then moved and then moved again. Please use the correct name for the version Creator 2010 to distinguish it from other versions like Easy Media Creator 10.

Please give us more information use this as a guide (link) to help us help you.

easy media creator 10 - what is the IE 9 Beta? and how do I fix that?

Are you sure that you are getting a VideoWave 12 error? That would not be associated with EMC 10. We can't help if you are not sure. Post a screen shot of your roxio product Home page in this thread. We can see from that what you really have.
