One More ... No Video

I am using a DVD/VCR Combo (Samsung 330) as my source. I have tried both S-Video and composite and get the same results. If I play a DVD the signal is fine in the Preview Window. If I play a VHS, I get audio but only "snow" for video in the preview window. There is no error message. The program acts like it is getting a signal. I can go into the record mode and it captures the "snow" image and sound. Can someone help?

 

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate and all updates are current. I am using the latest version of Roxio.

To verify that you are getting a good VCR output signal, take the cords that you have plugged into your Roxio USB unit and plug them into TV and see if the signal is ok there.This will prove that your settings in the DVD/VCR combo are set correctly.
