Any way to get the 2 songs to play over and over? First combine the two songs into one song. Then add the "new" song to the music track and then click the Loop checkbox
johnlees
First combine the two songs into one song. Then add the "new" song to the music track and then click the Loop checkbox OK! How do you 'combine the two songs' into a new file?
grandpabruce
OK! How do you 'combine the two songs' into a new file? Use Sound Editor. Bring in both songs, combine the tracks, then under File, output them to a .wav file. Make a folder for that output file, then output the file to the new folder. johnlees
I found the sound editor, added my 2 songs, saved as .wav. When I bring it into videowave it gives me an error 'One of the files you are trying to add cannot be edited, and have not been added'. the other question is, I can't find that 'loop check box', you said to click? any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks. Did you save it as a .wav file, or output it as a .wav file? When you combined the tracks, did you play it first, to see if it played okay? johnlees
Yes, I clicked file, save project as, I entered the folder I created and changed the name to 2songs.wav. I just tryed to play them, it gives me an error 'windows mediaplayer encountered a problem while playing'. I tryed hp media player and it said 'unsupport format' or something like that. If you did a save as, you created a .dmse file, which is just a file that you can use to edit the clips, later if so desired. It is not a .wav file, or any other type of audio file. When you click on File, you need to select one of the Export options to make a .wav file and send it to a folder.

Make sure you are selecting the audio track, right clcik on it and select edit. In the window that opens, select to trim audio, at the top of that second window is the ability to loop check box. They hid it very well didn't they !
