Roxio Creator 2010 Certificate Error

Help! I have an original Roxio Creator 2010 and when I click on the different functions like RIP, Copy and burn Video it tells me "The certificate is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it." It won't proceed any further. I tried looking for any updates and updated the software already. My OS is W7. Basically I cannot use the software I paid too much money for. I already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still says the same thing.
